Food, Forage, and Feast with Marc Williams
 

April 16th 2016, 9:30am-4:30pm

For this session, Marc Williams joins the Eco-Institute and teaches us about wild foraging and native medicinal plants. We will also be exploring preservation techniques and how to cook with whole foods. This workshop will be followed by a wonderfully wild feast.

For lunch: please bring fixins to share and add to rice & beans "monk bowls". 

Price & Registration

Registration for the entire Permaculture Foundations Series is $540 + fees. Registration for the entire series is available until Monday, March 28th. You must attend each course in order to receive certification. *Whole series registration is still available!
