ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

In 2010, Sarah Bish became a disciple of Chandra Om . Sarah says about what she has learned:  "I am changing, growing, and learning how to Love and Be Loved… to Be Receptive to Love and Grace." Sarah completed the 200 hour & 500 hour yoga teacher trainings (among others) at the NC School of Yoga, mostly under the instruction of her spiritual sisters, senior disciples of her Guru, Padma Om, and Lakshmi Om (who is now the Director of her spiritual home, the Shanti Niketan Ashram in Cary, NC). The Eco-Institute is blessed to welcome Sarah as our newest Staff Member, and we've been enjoying practicing lighthearted, reverent, powerful yoga with her guidance!
